New Men's T-Shirt from Sherri in Makawao

Aloha to All my Friends and Clients,
Thank you to all who joined me in celebrating my 10th
anniversary at the Gallery. It was an amazing day filled
with friendship and food. Mahalo to all that contributed
to the 10th Anniversary book. I love it!
For our men I have designed a new t-shirt available in
tee, long sleeved tee and tank. It is a stripe from my
Pineapple Splash painting. It might just be my new
favorite men's t-shirt! You can view it on the "colored
t-shirt page" of my website. I am offering it in denim
blue, hemp green and brick red.
A close friend of mine is selling a beautiful 2 bedroom,
2 bath, 2 lanai unit in the Maui Hill condo in Kihei. It
is a whole ownership unit and she is asking $640,000
(furnished). The condo features granite counters and
custom tile floors. The condo is 1200 sq.ft. Gross profit
from rentals annually is $42,000. and thats with them
